Data controller

ELZA TRANS, whose details appear in the legal notice, is the controller of the processing described below.

Data collected

Only the information you enter in the quote request form: name, company, email, phone number and the description of your shipment.

To protect the form against abuse, your IP address is used temporarily and only kept in an irreversibly hashed form, for 24 hours at most.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is only used to review your request, send you an offer and handle the resulting commercial follow-up. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures).

Recipients

Requests are sent by email to the ELZA TRANS team. They are never sold or transferred to third parties.

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than three years after the last contact.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the email address below.

You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco) or the data protection authority of your country.

This website sets no advertising cookies.

Only with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft service, to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the website: page views, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings.
