Questions about our transport
Do you offer transport and storage for events?
Yes. We deliver your fresh or frozen goods in a refrigerated trailer to your event venue in Morocco and leave the trailer on site to keep them at the required temperature for the whole event.
Do you carry parcels or groupage?
No. ELZA TRANS only carries full truckloads (FTL): one entire semi-trailer, loaded for a single customer. We do not handle parcels, courier shipments or groupage (LTL).
Which countries do you serve?
All of Europe. To and from Morocco, we regularly serve Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. For another European country, simply mention it in your quote request.
Which trailer types do you offer?
Refrigerated trailers for temperature-controlled goods, curtainsiders (tautliners), flatbeds and tankers. If you are unsure which to choose, describe your goods and we will advise you.
Do you handle customs clearance?
No: our business is transport. Customs formalities are handled by your forwarder or customs broker, and we coordinate loading and delivery with them.
Do you carry fresh or frozen products?
Yes, in refrigerated trailers. Please state the set temperature in your quote request.
Do you also transport within Morocco?
Yes, in particular between Tangier, Casablanca, Rabat, Kenitra, Marrakech, Agadir, Laayoune and Dakhla.
What information do you need for a quote?
Loading and delivery locations, type of goods, number of pallets or weight, set temperature if needed and loading date. Quotes are free and without obligation.
